当事業所は、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
Agri-Coordination Kagoshima collects the personal data of our users under the personal information protection system to prevent outsiders who are not related to the business to access the system, to protect the data from being deleted or changed and to prevent the personal data of customers from leaking out of the business’s system..

お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、当事業所からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料のご送付に利用いたします。。
Personal information of users will be used for contacting users back, for sending information about the business’s news and services or for answering questions which have been asked. The contact will be done via the e-mail or the sending of documents from the business.
∴個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止 Agri-Coordination Kagoshima Will Not Reveal Personal Data to Outsiders
当事業所は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
・お客さまの同意がある場合
・法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合

1. The company has gained permission to reveal, distribute or use the information from such data owners or users.
2. The company receives a government letter to use the personal information of such users.

お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、対応させていただきます。
In case that any user wants to ask questions, change or request his own personal data, the business will ask for permission to check the identity of such user first before offering such service to prevent the revelation of data to an outsider.
∴法令、規範の遵守と見直し The Business’s Privacy Policy and the Change according to the Law
当事業所は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本およびタイの法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
