Famous Products from Kagoshima Introduced to Thais in “THAIFEX, World of Food Asia 2014”
On May 21-23, 2014, SAKURAJIMA was one of the teams from Kagoshima to present the city’s famous and new products at the THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2014 which was held at Impact, Muang Thong Thani.
Japanese foods were presented in the Japan Pavilion zone which was packed with visitors from many companies and various countries. This year, Kagoshima presented a great variety of new products, including frozen fresh fish, green tea, instant meals, pork and beef from famous food sources in Kagoshima. Most products had not been imported to Thailand yet; therefore, people were very interested in them.
With the strong intention to present quality products to Thai people, the Kagoshima teams including government agencies, private agencies and manufacturers all came to present the products. On the opening day, the governor of Kagoshima Mr. Yuichiro Ito （伊藤裕一郎氏）also came to attend the event.
Soon enough, everyone will see and hear about quality products from Kagoshima and will get to know Kagoshima more.
